If people can’t explain what you do after visiting your profile, you’re selling dreams — not value.

I discovered a new skill today while coaching two founders.

While listening to their stories,
reviewing their work,
and guiding them step by step —
something became very clear.

👉 They were not selling what they already have.
👉 They were trying to sell their dream.

And that’s where most founders struggle.

I realised my growing strength is this:

👉 Helping founders package what they are already good at.

Most people think LinkedIn is complicated.
In reality, it’s the opposite.

On LinkedIn,
simple always wins.

Here’s a mindset shift that works every time:

Imagine you are explaining your work to:
- your grandmother, or
- your 5-year-old child

If they can understand it,
LinkedIn will understand it too.

Don’t start by selling your future vision.
Don’t start by selling your dreams.

👉 Start by packaging what you already have.
👉 Start by explaining what you already do well.

That’s the easiest and most honest way to grow.
